Policies/ Shipping Orders

We would like to first thank you for trusting in us to provide you with luxury organic skincare. We value our customers and providing you with the best possible experience so we want to make sure to keep communication open at all times.

 

 Policies

~ All payments must be made in full before orders are started or made available for pick up/drop off

~ Local drop off is available in the Columbia/Laurel, Maryland area; anything over 5 miles is an additional fee depending on the distance

~Please give us 2-5 days to process your orders before shipping them out. Once orders are shipped tracking info will be sent to your email/through text message.

~There are no returns. If you have a reaction  we can issue a refund or offer an exchange of a product that will work better for you. 

~ Please before ordering let us know of any allergies or sensitivities so that we can specialize your order.
